Can I stop automatic renewal of my credit card?

You can complete the procedure by going to "Confirm/Change Registered Credit Card" on MY PAGE.
*Please be sure to access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome).

The cancellation procedure must be completed by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires, and your membership will be automatically renewed after that date.
Please note that after the deadline, we will not be able to cancel your renewal or refund your Annual membership fee.

*If automatic renewal has not been selected, "Confirm/change registered credit card" will not be displayed on your My Page.
*If you cancel automatic renewal, you will need to carry out the renewal procedure yourself each time.
