The renewal procedure period begins three months prior to the membership expiration month (including the expiration month).Example: If the expiration date is the end of July, renewal procedures can be completed from May.Eligible individuals will be notified via email and MY PAGE when the renewal period begins.Please complete the procedure by clicking the "Continuation Procedure" button that is displayed during the period.
* If it says [Automatic renewal] under your membership expiration date, you do not need to renew your membership.
*If you are outside the renewal procedure period or your subscription is automatically renewed, the "Renewal Procedure" button will not be displayed.
The procedure cannot be carried out from the "NF member app", so please make sure to access the site using a browser (Safari/Chrome).

As with new membership, you can complete the procedure by "credit card payment" or "convenience store payment."
If you selected credit card payment when you signed up for your membership and your membership is automatically renewed, your membership will be automatically renewed after the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.
Credit card payments will be made on the last day of the membership expiration month (or the day before if the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday).
* If it says [Automatic renewal] under your membership expiration date, you do not need to renew your membership.
