For those who have changed from an "au feature phone" to an "au smartphone"
A
If you change your phone model from an au mobile phone (flip phone) to an au smartphone,
Unless you change the contract name or mobile number when changing your model, charges will generally continue.

■ If you want to cancel your registration

Access your au ID > Log in > In the top right "MENU" > "EZ Paid Services" > "Consolidated au Payment"
Alternatively, once you have confirmed that the site is registered via the "EZ Paid Information Service," select the site name and cancel the payment.
*For instructions on how to use this service, please contact your mobile phone company (au).

[2] From a mobile device
If you have a device before the model change, use the smartphone's built-in
You can cancel your contract by inserting the au IC card into your old device and accessing the website.
*If you are changing your smartphone model and your au IC card has changed, you cannot cancel using this method.

If you are unable to cancel by yourself or have any questions about the procedure,
Please contact your mobile phone company (au).

■ If you want to continue using the smartphone version of "NF member" on your smartphone
Please register as a new member from NF member TOP page "Register here" and select "au users."
