Docomo My Menu Transfer is a service that automatically transfers the monthly charges used with i-mode (feature phone) to SP mode (smartphone) when changing smartphone models.

However, depending on the terms of your contract with docomo, your My Menu may not be transferred.
Please contact a docomo shop for details.

Those who are registered with the mobile version of "NFmember" using a docomo device (feature phone) and have upgraded to a docomo device (smartphone).

▼ What will be carried over?
Only monthly billing information will be carried over.
Please note that any content downloaded using the mobile version of "NFmember" and any registered personal information will not be carried over.

If you did not cancel your docomo i-mode service when you changed your smartphone model, your My Menu will not be carried over and you can continue to use the mobile version of "NFmember" on your feature phone.

Please note that if you use "NFmember", you will be required to register as a new member rather than transferring your My Menu, and monthly charges will be incurred on both your feature phone and smartphone.
