Regarding payment of membership fees

[Monthly Course] Can I change the payment method for the membership fee?

You can change your payment method, but due to system limitations, you will need to cancel your membership first.
After cancelling your membership, please re-register using your preferred payment method.

1) Log in to the "NF member" site
2) Go to [Cancel Membership] on MY PAGE or click [Cancel Membership] at the bottom of the TOP page to complete the procedure.
3) Log in with the same email address [or SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID)].
4) Select your preferred payment method and make the payment.

Even if you have been cancelled, if you log in with the same email address [or SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID)] within 30 days of the date of cancellation and re-register (i.e. go through the payment procedure), you will be able to use the site with your membership status (including points) as of the date of joining.

<Caution>
Once you change your payment method, you will receive an email notifying you that your cancellation has been completed.

If you change your payment method, the birthday email setting will be removed.
Please change "Email Newsletter Settings" on MY PAGE to "Subscribed."


If more than 30 days have passed since your cancellation, or if you use a different email address, your membership information will be reset.

If you change from [Carrier Payment/440 yen] to [Credit Card Payment/440 yen] within the same month, you will be charged from two payments, and you will have to pay a total of [880 yen] in one month.
*The same applies to changing from credit card payment to carrier payment, and changing or re-registering from carrier payment to carrier payment.


We recommend that you cancel your membership at the end of the month and register again the following month using your new payment method.
