For Annual membership fee plans, if you do not complete the renewal procedure (i.e. pay Annual membership fee) when your membership expires, you will be automatically terminated.
Your membership expiration date can be found after logging in. MY PAGE Please verify.

★For those who pay by credit card automatically
If you selected "Credit card payment" when you enrolled or during the renewal procedure for the previous year, "automatic renewal" will be applied.
Be sure to MY PAGE Check the current status of your registration.

Please note that automatic renewal can be stopped up until the 20th of the expiration month.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please remember to cancel your membership by the due date.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your membership before the expiration date, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.

* Annual membership fee cannot be refunded on a pro rata basis.
*It may take several days after you contact us for your cancellation to be completed.
*Please note that we cannot cancel your membership request after you have contacted us.
