●About cancellation procedures
First, you will need to log in to our site.
After that, please complete the procedure by clicking "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the top page.
*You can also complete the cancellation procedure from the "Cancellation Procedure" on MY PAGE.

Once you have completed the procedure, you will be immediately unsubscribed and will no longer be able to log in to the site.
*Please note that this is different from a subscription.


●About email newsletters after canceling your membership
Please note that several emails may be sent at the same time.

If you cancel the recurring charge through the carrier website (docomo/au/SoftBank)
Since this is a different transition from the normal cancellation procedure, it will take some time for the change to be reflected on the service.

Example: If you cancel your recurring billing plan with your carrier during July
⇒ Your cancellation will be reflected around the beginning to middle of the following month (August).
The July usage will be the final bill.

Until your withdrawal status is reflected, the system will consider you an active member.
You may be able to log in or receive member e-mail newsletters.

Since the recurring charges have already been cancelled by your carrier, you cannot cancel your membership from the site.
Once your cancellation is reflected, you will not be able to log in (membership fee payment screen) and you will no longer receive e-mail newsletters.
