If your confirmed STATUS has been ranked down from your confirmed STATUS from the previous year, you will not receive a neck keychain in that STATUS color.

Only if your confirmed STATUS has been ranked up from the previous year's confirmed STATUS will you receive a neck key chain in the "upgraded color" as a gift.
