Can points be deducted or expired?

As a general rule, points will not disappear unless you cancel your membership.
There is also no expiration date.

However, points may be deducted or expired for the following reasons.

[1] Points deduction due to STATUS downgrade
 Points will only be deducted if you do not earn the minimum number of points required for each STATUS between January and December.
In that case, STATUS may go down depending on the points you hold.

[2] Points will expire if you cancel your "NF member" membership
Expiration date
Monthly Membership Fee Course: 1st day of the 4th month after the month of cancellation
Annual membership fee course: 1st day of the 4th month from the membership expiration date

If you re-register with the same ID before the expiration date (within three months of the expiration date), your membership information and points will be carried over.
In the above cases, you will be awarded renewal points instead of new membership points.

*No new points will be awarded if you take action during the expiration date.
*When points are awarded, you may cancel Monthly Membership Fee Course or

If Annual membership fee plan has expired, points will not be awarded.
