2026年10月19日(月)より順次発送いたしますのでご案内いたします。

・国内会員：2026年4月22日～6月14日の間に年会費コースにご入会の有効会員の方
・海外会員：「特典発送あり」のコースをご選択の方で、2026年4月22日～6月14日の間に年会費コースへご入会いただいた有効会員の方

・Those who have cancelled their annual membership plan as of the shipping date

*If there are any incorrect or missing pages, we will replace them.
*Please note that we cannot exchange products that have become dirty or bent during shipping.

[How to contact us about undelivered items]
1. Confirm/Change your registered address After logging in, please check/change your registered address from "Confirm/Change Member Information" on My Page.
If your last name has changed, you cannot change it on My Page, so please contact us using the resend application form.
*If you live in an apartment building, please make sure to include the apartment name and room number.
*If the surname on the nameplate and registered surname are different, please add "●●-sama/sama" to the end of your registered address on your My Page.
