"SAKANAQUARIUM 2020 "834.194 Light"" Kobe/Sapporo performance ticket refund method
Due to the spread of COVID-19, the SAKANAQUARIUM 2020 "834.194 Light" performances in Hyogo and Hokkaido have been canceled. Details regarding refunds have been posted on the tour special page.

Tickets will be refunded as follows:
Refund period: June 19th (Friday) ~
The date and time when refunds begin and the refund method will vary depending on the ticket agency you purchased your ticket from.

*Customers who have already traded or processed a refund on Ticket Plaza (formerly EMTG) are not eligible.
*Please note that refunds will no longer be possible after the refund deadline.
*Refunds will only be given to the person who purchased the ticket.
*Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
