Tickets will be refunded as follows:
Refund period: June 19th (Friday) ~
The date and time when refunds begin and the refund method will vary depending on the ticket agency you purchased your ticket from, so please check the information below to avoid any mistakes.
*Customers who have already traded or processed a refund on Ticket Plaza (formerly EMTG) are not eligible.
*Please note that refunds will no longer be possible after the refund deadline.
*Refunds will only be given to the person who purchased the ticket.
*Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be arranged through eplus.
There is no need for you to take any action yourself.
The credit card sales information will be cancelled within two months of the refund start date.
The actual date of refund processing will vary depending on the timing of each credit card company's processing procedures, so please check your credit card statement for details.

After completing the arrangements with ePlus, you will need to process the refund yourself.
We will refund your payment using the Wellnet Remittance Service.
Once the arrangements have been made with eplus, we will send you another email to inform you once you are able to complete the procedure on your side.
A link to the procedure page will also be displayed in the "Application Status Inquiry" section on the e+ site.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the refund process is currently extremely busy. We will provide information on refunds within two months of the refund start date.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but please wait a little while until you receive an email informing you that the "Refund Process has begun" or until it is displayed on the "Application Status Inquiry" screen.

7月下旬を目処に、「郵便振替払出証書」でのご返金をさせていただきます。
払出証書は、先行申込時にご登録頂いたご住所宛に、郵便貯金事務センターから順次発送し、緑色の封筒にて届きます。
本人確認証をご持参のうえ、郵便局にて換金してください。
※払出証書の有効期間は発行日から6か月間です。
