"SAKANAQUARIUM 2017" We apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused to our customers regarding the system malfunction that occurred during the announcement of the lottery results for SAKANAQUARIUM (A) Fastest Members Advance Ticket Sale.

EMTG, the system operator, would like to provide you with information regarding this malfunction.

● Significant delay in announcing lottery results
We had informed our customers that the results of the lottery would be announced at 18:00 on Friday, September 30th, 2016, but despite changing the date to 20:00, there was a further delay and the results were finally announced at 22:45 on Friday, September 30th.

● Incorrect display of lottery results
The lottery results were announced at 22:45, but the process of switching over all the winning and losing results announcements had not yet been completed, and was completed around 23:20.
For those who checked the results between 22:45 and 23:20, some customers who were actually "selected" were mistakenly displayed as "unsuccessful."
We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused to our customers.

●About automatic credit card payments
For customers who entered their credit card details when applying, automatic payment was not set, and the credit card payment procedure was possible when they were selected. Since the lottery result email stated that automatic payment would be set for those who entered their credit card details in advance, we sincerely apologize for any concerns that you may have had about a double payment.
If you have completed the payment process yourself, automatic payment will not be made, so please rest assured that you will not be charged twice.

Application requirements

A. Both the applicant and accompanying person are Annual membership fee members.
B. Applicant: Annual membership fee or monthly membership / Accompanying person: Annual membership fee or monthly membership
C. Applicant: Annual membership fee member / Accompanying person: EMTG Lite (free member)
D. Applicant: Monthly member / Accompanying person: EMTG Lite (free member)

• This time, tickets will be issued as "electronic tickets." When applying, please select the type of device on which the representative's electronic ticket will be displayed (smartphone or feature phone). Tickets for accompanying persons will be issued on their respective devices (smartphone or feature phone).
• For the lottery and distribution of tickets, first preference will be given to those who meet application condition "A. Both the applicant and accompanying person are Annual membership fee members" (in the case of only one ticket, only the applicant is an Annual membership fee member), followed by those who meet application condition B, C, and D in that order.
• If you are applying for two tickets, you will need to provide your companion's EMTG ID, registered phone number, and phone number for receiving the electronic ticket. Please make a note of this information and proceed to the application.
• Regarding application conditions C and D, it does not matter whether the accompanying person is a SAKANAQUARIUM (A) member or not, but they will need to register for EMTG Lite (free membership).
• You can apply for multiple venues.
• In order to allow as many members as possible to win, each person, regardless of whether they are the applicant or accompanying person, may only apply once per venue.
• If you apply as an accompanying person, you cannot apply as an applicant for the same venue as well, as this will result in duplication.
• If payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your order will be cancelled.
• Membership verification may be required on the day of the performance. This advance sale is only available to SAKANAQUARIUM (A) members, so please be careful not to cancel your membership.
