- Sitting down, loitering, talking while standing, meeting up, shouting, and other activities around the venue are strictly prohibited as they cause inconvenience to local residents.

▼About ticket issuing

・To prevent fraudulent ticket resale, tickets will be issued via smartphone or feature phone for all applicants and accompanying persons in the form of "electronic tickets."
・If you would like an electronic ticket for your smartphone, please download the electronic ticket app as soon as possible after you have been selected. The ticket must be displayed on each device of the applicant and accompanying person.
・The feature phone version of the electronic ticket will be available to view from your My Page. Details on how to receive the electronic ticket will be provided after the lottery winner is selected.
・Electronic tickets will be issued one week before the performance date.

It is prohibited to sell or buy tickets at a price higher than the original price. Reselling or attempting to resell tickets is a breach of contract. Resale tickets are invalid and you will be denied entry.

・Tickets will not be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be prepared by lottery.
・In addition to the ticket price, various fees will be charged. Please check the details when applying.
・Changes or cancellations cannot be made after application. Please make a note of the application details in advance. For those paying by credit card, the ticket price (including the designated fee) will be deducted from your account once your winning is confirmed. For those paying by convenience store/Pay-easy, a payment number can be issued from the section for the performance you have won in "Ticket Application Status," so please make payment by the specified due date. If you do not make payment within the due date, your winning will be void.
・Personal information that we hold will be managed appropriately in accordance with the personal information protection policy of EMTG Inc., the handling party.

*Only SAKANAQUARIUM (A) members can apply.
*It does not matter whether the person accompanying you is a "SAKANAQUARIUM (A)" member or not, but if you are applying for two tickets, you will need the [emtg ID and registered phone number of the person accompanying you] when applying. Please make a note of this and proceed to the application.
*If your accompanying person does not have an EMTG ID, they will need to register for "EMTG Lite (free)".
*Advance ticket sales are not on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be prepared by lottery.
*Regarding the lottery and issuance of serial numbers, priority will be given to applicants who apply for "SAKANAQUARIUM (A)" Annual membership fee course membership.
*If an applicant cancels their SAKANAQUARIUM (A) membership, their application may be invalidated.
*As a measure against fraudulent ticket resale, tickets will be issued in the form of "electronic tickets" for all applicants and accompanying persons via smartphone or feature phone.
*If you are suddenly unable to attend, we will be holding an official ticket trade event at the regular price for members of SAKANAQUARIUM (A). Please see the application page for details.
