How do I change from a monthly plan to an annual plan?

A

● Procedures for changing courses

1) Access the site using your browser (Chrome/Safari) and log in.

If you go to [Course Change] on MY PAGE, you will be taken to a page with information on course changes.
Please check the notes and complete the procedure.
*You can also cancel your membership by going to [Cancel Membership] on MY PAGE or by clicking [Cancel Membership] at the bottom of the TOP page.

Regardless of which procedure you use, your "Monthly Course" registration will be temporarily cancelled.

2) Log in using the same Plus member ID and password from "SIGN IN" and proceed with payment of Annual membership fee.
On the "Membership Fee Payment Procedure" screen, select "Annual membership fee."
Once you have completed the payment, the course change will be complete.

●About transferring your joining date
The information you receive will vary depending on when you register for Annual membership fee Course.
Please be sure to check the following:

■ If you register for the "Annual membership fee Course" within 30 days after canceling your "Monthly Fee Course" membership
Example: Cancel the "Monthly Course" in June and register for the "Annual membership fee Course" in July
You can continue to use the site from your registration date.

■ If you cancel your "Monthly Course" membership and register for the "Annual membership fee Course" from the month after the following month
Example: Cancel the "Monthly Course" in June and register for the "Annual membership fee Course" in August
You will not be able to use the site from the date of joining.

＜注意1＞
「NF member」を退会をされましても、取得済のPlus member IDは有効です。
必ず【同じPlus member ID（メールアドレス）】でお手続きください。
※異なるメールアドレスでお手続きされた場合は、新規登録となりますので登録情報を引き継ぐことができません。

※Plus member IDを削除した場合は、同じメールアドレスであっても、「月会費コース」でご利用されていたPlus member IDと異なるため、引き継ぎ不可となります。

＜注意2＞
「月会費コース」の退会状態から【30日以上】経過した場合は、入会日の引き継ぎができません。
引き継ぎ希望の場合は、必ず【30日以内】に「年会費コース」へご登録ください。

＜注意3＞
同月内にお手続きをされた場合、月会費【440円(税込)】と年会費【4,950円(税込)】が重複いたします。
月末に退会し、月初に「年会費コース」へご登録いただくことを推奨いたします。

＜注意4＞
コース変更はシステム上、一度退会状態となりますので、メール配信に関わる設定がすべて「OFF」の状態となります。
再登録後は必ず、MY PAGE内「メールマガジン設定」をご確認ください。
