This does not mean that the operation must be performed from the registered user's own device.
If your child does not have a smartphone, they can complete the membership application process using a family member's smartphone or computer.
※please note※
When registering, please register under the name of the user (child), not the device owner.
▼Payment of membership fees
Payment can also be made on your behalf by a parent, family member, or other person.
If you pay by credit card, you can use the service even if the "name on registration" and the "name on the credit card" are different.
*Please be sure to consult with the relevant parties before registering.
▼About the device used (smartphone/PC)
There are no device restrictions.
You can access member content by logging in with your registered information (ID/password).
However, there may be additional restrictions when using the app, member ticket advance sales, or electronic tickets.
Please be sure to read the notes when applying.
If you don't have your own email address
Please consider obtaining a free email address (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.).
You can also register with a family member's email address as long as it has not been used to register as a member (obtain Plus member ID).
※please note※
If you use an email address that is already registered to SAKANACTION ID (= Plus member ID), the information of the registered person (name and date of birth) will be reflected.
A confirmation screen will be displayed at the end of the membership process (before payment), so please make sure that the name on the screen is that of the person wishing to join.
Once you join, you cannot change the name of the member to someone else.
▼If you don't have your own phone number
If your child does not have a mobile phone, please register their home landline number.
If you do not have a landline phone, please register your family member's mobile phone number.

You may be required to register your mobile phone number when using certain content such as apps or for performances that offer electronic tickets.
Information will vary for each performance, so please be sure to check the notes when applying for tickets.

You can change any information you wish to change yourself from My Page after logging in.
We cannot accept any name (registered name) changes that result in the person becoming a different person, even between family members.
