Apology and Notice Regarding the Renewal of SAKANAQUARIUM (A)

Regarding SAKANACTION official website "SAKANAQUARIUM (A)" which was renewed on October 1, 2015,
We are currently experiencing an issue where you are unable to log in or transfer to Annual membership fee plan.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or trouble caused to our customers.
Future measures will be implemented as follows:
Issue 1: Unable to log in due to forgotten password.
Please contact us using the form below. We will issue the password and contact you accordingly.

On Friday, October 2nd, members can visit SAKANAQUARIUM (A) website themselves.
We will add a feature that allows you to reset your password.
Issue 2: I cannot log in with SAKANAQUARIUM (A) ID and password.
In addition to SAKANAQUARIUM (A) ID and password, you also have a SAKANACION ID (=EMTG ID※1),
If your passwords do not match, you will not be able to log in.

Issue 3: Data transfer from fishing games, etc. is not possible.
If you would like to change your plan from monthly to Annual membership fee, you may be unable to log in.
