Furthermore, a live singing performance will be held on ICHIRO YAMAGUCHI YouTube channel to celebrate the release, starting at 10 PM on Tuesday, February 10th!
SAKANACTION 's first new song in about a year, "Iranai," will be released digitally on Wednesday, February 11th.
This song was written as the theme song for the Platinum Night drama series "This is the Reserve Self-Defense Force Hero?!", which is broadcast nationwide on Chukyo TV and Nippon TV and is Kato Koji's first drama directorial project.
Following on from "KAIJU," Hirabayashi Naomi was in charge of the jacket artwork for this album. The visuals for "KAIJU" are letters created using the ancient printing method of letterpress printing. The artwork for "Iranai" visualizes the process of creating new letters using modern methods. Letters from the past and letters of the present. The artwork concept embodies the nature of the songs, which are in completely different directions as SAKANACTION.
