完全生産限定盤Blu-ray/DVDは、怪獣のロゴが立体的に配置されたポリプロピレン製ハードカバー仕様となっており、メンバーやスタッフのインタビューや楽曲解説が掲載されたブックレット【怪獣目撃証言録】が同梱されます。また、特典映像として、8月26日の公演で披露された「セントレイ」「プラトー」2曲のライブ映像に加えて、メンバー密着の記録映像【レコード会社スタッフが見つめ続けた「怪獣」の裏側】を収録。楽曲「怪獣」がどのように産み出され、解き放たれていったかを、メンバー、スタッフのリアルなやり取りを通じて確認できる必見の内容となっています。

NF member完全生産限定セットには、完全生産限定盤Blu-rayに加え、記念グッズとして、完成するとアーティストビジュアルの拡大版が浮かび上がるオリジナル・ジグソー・パズルと本編映像のライブ音源を収録した2枚組CDが特典として付属。
