[For customers applying for parent-child seats]

・This ticket is for elementary and junior high school students and their guardians who do not have a smartphone.

・This ticket is for children who will be elementary or junior high school students on the performance date.

・1-2 adults and 1-3 children, up to a maximum of 4 people in total, can apply.

・The ticket must include at least one adult and one child. Purchases by adults only or children only are not permitted.

・Standing is not permitted; all viewing is seated.

・Please register your companion information via the email you will receive after purchasing.

・Tickets will be displayed to the applicant together and cannot be distributed to accompanying persons.

・On the day of the performance, please come to the "Electronic Ticket Counter" before lining up to enter the venue. After confirming the names, valid ID and purchaser list of the representative and all accompanying persons, we will give you a wristband.

[For customers applying for wheelchair seats]

*SS grade is not available.

・Wheelchair seats are, in principle, limited to wheelchair users.

・If you wish to view the show in a wheelchair, please apply for wheelchair seats. Accompanying persons (up to one person) also need a ticket.

・If you apply for multiple tickets, you can apply for up to two tickets in total for a wheelchair user and their attendant. If the number of visitors does not include a wheelchair user, we may refuse entry. Thank you for your understanding.

・If you are a wheelchair user, we are unable to accommodate you in the general reserved seats, so please refrain from applying for a general reserved seat.

・Wheelchair seating can be applied for with one ticket even if you do not have a companion, but we ask that you bring your companion along with you to the venue. Please note that in the event of a disaster or emergency, staff assistance may be delayed.

・When applying for a wheelchair seat, general reserved seating will not be reserved.

・Please note that customers cannot change from wheelchair seats to general reserved seats or from general reserved seats to wheelchair seats for their own convenience.

- Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.

・Please note that wheelchair seats do not guarantee a good view of the stage.

・With regard to parking lots and drop-off areas, unless otherwise provided by the venue rules or services, there are no parking lots or drop-off areas reserved for wheelchair users. If you are coming by car, please find a nearby paid parking lot on your own.

・When you purchase wheelchair seats, you will need to answer a questionnaire about the type of wheelchair you have. The URL for the questionnaire will be included in the purchase completion email, so please be sure to answer the questionnaire from that page in advance before coming to the venue.
