We would like to inform you that there have been some changes to the payment methods for NF member.
Recently, there has been an increase in fraudulent use of credit cards,
Based on requests from credit card companies, etc., from March 2023, we will be changing our operational method to conduct card validity checks (authorization) in order to operate in a more secure manner.
*What is authorization?
It is a system to check whether a customer's registered credit card is in a position to make payments.
This refers to the process in which the card company checks whether the credit card is valid and whether the credit limit has been reached, and then reserves the credit card's credit limit.
We apologize for the inconvenience to customers who wish to continue.
By Wednesday, March 15thPlease check that there are no problems with your registered card information (card number and expiration date), and if necessary, please update it.

You can check or update your credit card information by going to "Confirm/Change Credit Card Information" on your My Page.
Please note that we are unable to investigate credit card usage.

After March 2023, if the credit card information held by NF member has expired,Automatic withdrawalIt becomes.
Even if your membership is automatically cancelled due to the above reasons, if you re-register within 30 days using the same Plus member ID (email address), your original membership information and membership period will be retained.
However, if more than 30 days have passed since your automatic cancellation, you will no longer be able to continue using the service with your membership status or continued period.
