[Rescheduled dates for Osaka and Kyoto performances]


Thank you very much for your continued support of SAKANACTION.
The rescheduled dates for the "SAKANAQUARIUM ADAPT NAKED" Osaka and Kyoto performances, which were postponed, have been decided.
If you already have tickets, you can keep them as is. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, we will refund your tickets.

[Rescheduled performance dates]
■ Grand Cube Osaka Main Hall (Osaka International Convention Center)
Those who have tickets for the performance on June 14th (Tue) → The performance will be rescheduled to the same venue on January 11th (Wed), 2023
Those who have tickets for the June 15th (Wed) performance will be rescheduled to the same venue on January 12th, 2023 (Thu)
Opening hours are 17:30 and start time is 18:30 on both days.

■ROHM Theatre Kyoto Main Hall
Those who have tickets for the June 24th (Friday) performance will be rescheduled to the same venue on January 17th, 2023 (Tuesday)
Those who have tickets for the performance on Saturday, June 25th → The performance will be rescheduled to the same venue on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023
Opening hours are 17:30 and start time is 18:30 on both days.
For those who have tickets for the performance on Saturday, June 25th, the OPEN/START times will be changed.

*If you currently have a ticket, it will remain valid for the above dates only and you will be able to enter the rescheduled performance.
*Please note that admission and transfers to performances other than those listed above will not be possible.

[Ticket refund and resale information]


Due to the postponement of the Osaka and Kyoto performances, we will provide ticket refunds to customers who wish to do so.
In addition, this will not only apply to the postponed Osaka and Kyoto performances, but to all performances on the tour.
(※The Nagoya performance and beyond will go ahead as scheduled.)
In order to streamline refunds and resales, this will be carried out through the Ticket Plaza Trade system.

Refund trade acceptance

During this period, there will be no trade listing fees, and after the acceptance period ends, we will refund the ticket price and any fees incurred when purchasing from ePlus.
(Please note that some items, such as convenience store payment fees, are not eligible for refund.)
We will also take the same measures for those who are already listing items for trade.
Due to this implementation, Ticket Plaza trading will be temporarily suspended.
If you list an item for trade after the above period has passed, a trading fee will be charged and we will not be able to refund any fees charged at the time of purchase on ePlus, so please be sure to complete the procedure within the period.

In addition, for customers who have listed and completed trades on Ticket Plaza Trade during this period, we will refund the trade listing fees and system usage fees incurred when purchasing through ePlus.
Ticket Plaza Trade will contact all affected individuals separately regarding this matter.

Ticket resale
Refunded tickets will be re-sold at the same time on Ticket Plaza Trade.
