・Sales times may vary depending on the situation on the day.
・During advance sales and during the show, even customers without tickets can purchase merchandise. Please note that merchandise sales during the show are only available to customers with tickets.
・We expect the advance sale to be very crowded. As the sale will be held during a limited time before the doors open, please understand that even if you line up, you may not be able to purchase the product you want.
・All products are limited in quantity, so please come to the venue early.
・Please check the product, size, and change. Change will be given on the spot, and if there is a mistake with the product, please be sure to notify the merchandise sales floor during the sale on the day. Please note that we may not be able to respond even if you contact us at a later date.
・Please note that we will not accept exchanges or returns for any items other than defective products.
<Regarding credit card payments>
Payment cannot be made by credit card, but you can use "Origami Pay," a smartphone payment service for which SAKANACTION provides the payment sound.
Simply download the "Origami" app onto your smartphone and register your credit card information (VISA, MasterCard) to enable credit card payments via your smartphone.
The payment sound will be played from your smartphone. Please turn off silent mode and turn up the volume beforehand to make it easier to hear.

We do not sell any goods at outdoor stalls, etc. Merchandise sold at outdoor stalls, etc. outside the concert venue is illegal and severely infringes on the rights of artists, so please do not purchase it.
