We previously reported a system malfunction that occurred when announcing the lottery results, but it has now been discovered that there was also a malfunction in the lottery program, resulting in cases where members who should have won were not selected. We sincerely apologize for the delay in identifying the cause of the malfunction after the announcement of the winners on Friday, September 30th.
This time, we have decided to award additional members who would have been eligible to win the prize.
Affected members will be notified by email and on their EMTG My Page today, Monday, October 3rd, at around 8:00 PM. Please note that My Page will be under maintenance until around 8:00 PM today. It is expected to be restored around 8:00 PM along with the delivery of the email.
As a result, for the second floor in Sapporo, Nagoya, and Osaka, we have decided to contact members who would not have been selected if there had been no error in the lottery to confirm whether they can change to the first floor on the same performance date or a different performance date at the same venue that they had applied for as their second, third, or fourth choice.
We will be calling you in order starting from around 8:00 p.m. today, Monday, October 3rd.
Please rest assured that customers who have already been selected will not be disqualified.
