If you have not launched SAKANAQUARIUM (A) app for a long time,

Press the home button twice, swipe SAKANAQUARIUM (A) app, and launch the (A) app from the home screen again.

・Android users
After pressing the task button, swipe SAKANAQUARIUM (A) app and launch the (A) app from the home screen again.


(2) Those who have not yet installed SAKANAQUARIUM (A) app

For iPhone users, search for "Sakanaction" on the App Store. For Android users, search for "SAKANACTION" on Google Play.
⇒ Download SAKANAQUARIUM (A) app and launch it.


* If push notifications are turned off in the SAKANAQUARIUM (A) app and in your device's Settings, you will not be able to receive notifications.
Follow the steps below to turn on the push notification setting.

■ SAKANAQUARIUM (A) In-app PUSH notification settings (iPhone/Android)

After launching SAKANAQUARIUM (A) app, tap (A) in the upper right
→(A) On the top page, tap "Notification Settings" in "MENU" on the top right → Turn "PUSH Notifications" ON.

■ Push notification settings for your device

・iPhone users
On the home screen, go to "Settings" → "Notifications" → "Sakanaction" → turn "Allow Notifications" ON, then turn ON the settings for the items you want to display.

・Android users
Tap "Settings" → "Applications" → "Application Management" → "Sakanaction" → "Show Notifications".

*If you change your model from iPhone to iPhone
If you restore the app on a new device from a backup created in advance on your old device, you may no longer receive push notifications.
In that case, please delete the app, download SAKANAQUARIUM (A) app again from the App Store, and then launch it.
After that, go to the home screen and go to "Settings" → "Notifications" → "Sakanaction" → "Allow Notifications" to turn it OFF, wait a short while, and then turn it ON again.
