- What is "wheelchair seat reception"?

Only people using wheelchairs can apply.
If you are applying for multiple tickets, you can apply for a person in a wheelchair and their attendant.
If you are interested, please apply from the "Wheelchair Seat Reception" page.
[Wheelchair seat notes]
・As a general rule, wheelchair seats are limited to people using wheelchairs.
・If you wish to view the event in a wheelchair, please apply for a wheelchair seat. A ticket is also required for the person accompanying you (up to 1 person).
-If you are using a wheelchair, we will not be able to guide you to general reserved seats, so please refrain from applying for general reserved seats.
・Although it is possible to apply for a single wheelchair seat even if you do not have a companion, we generally ask that you also bring your companion with you. Please note that staff assistance may be delayed in the event of a disaster or emergency.
・If you apply for a wheelchair seat, you will not be guaranteed a general reserved seat.
・Please note that it is not possible to transfer from a wheelchair seat to a general reserved seat or from a general reserved seat to a wheelchair seat due to the customer's convenience.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
・Please note that wheelchair seats do not guarantee easy viewing of the stage.
- Regarding parking and drop-off locations, there are no preferential parking or drop-off locations reserved for wheelchair visitors, unless they are secured according to venue regulations or service provision. If you are arriving by car, please find a nearby coin parking lot on your own.
- I want to go with my child, but they don't have a smartphone.

We are offering a "parent-child reception" service for children under 18 who do not have a smartphone and their guardians.
If you are interested, please apply at the "Parent and Child Reception" desk.
The maximum number of tickets that can be applied for per performance is four, and up to two parents can apply.
*Preschool children are not allowed to attend this performance.
*The relationship between the applicant and accompanying person is limited to parent and child. Please note that if you are in any other relationship, you will not be able to exchange your ticket during the ID check on the day of the event.
* On the day of the performance, please come to the "Electronic Ticket Counter" before lining up to enter. After confirming the names, valid ID and purchaser list of the representative and all accompanying persons, we will give you a wristband.

We will operate a special ticket reception for people with nationality other than Japanese, or who reside overseas and can only pay with credit cards issued outside of Japan.
