Hanabusa
This famous Japanese restaurant suddenly appears in a shopping center inside the high-rise apartment building in Motomachi, designed by Masato Otaka, a disciple of the master of modern architecture Kunio Maekawa, based on the motif of Le Corbusier's masterpiece "Unité d'Habitation", a masterpiece by Maekawa's teacher, Le Corbusier. I have never come across such a rare restaurant that has it all: location, taste, and the chef (his wife and son are also the best!). (Mizoguchi)

A coffee shop in business for over 30 years in a corner of the largest downtown area in Chugoku and Shikoku. The owner is a great lover of Bach and travelled to Germany to follow in his footsteps, creating a unique space where carefully selected classical music plays as background music. This is a one-of-a-kind place where you can lose track of time with coffee, tea and homemade cakes from around the world. Open from 4pm to 1am the following day. Please keep conversations quiet.
