- Sitting down, loitering, talking while standing, meeting up, shouting, and other activities around the venue are strictly prohibited as they cause inconvenience to local residents.

・Preschool children are not allowed to enter. Guests of elementary school age or older will need a ticket.

・Minors are also welcome to attend this event. Drinking and smoking is strictly prohibited for minors. Please refrain from doing so.

・Please note that we may ask you to show your ID or other identification when purchasing alcohol.

Number of tickets

Maximum 2 tickets per member

・Applications are only available to "SAKANAQUARIUM (A)" members.

- It does not matter whether the accompanying person is a member of "SAKANAQUARIUM (A)".

・If you are applying for two tickets, you will need the EMTG ID and registered phone number of the person accompanying you.

・If your companion does not have an EMTG ID, they will need to register for "EMTG Lite (free)."

・Advance ticket sales are on a first-come, first-served basis.

・If an applicant cancels their SAKANAQUARIUM (A) membership, their application may be invalidated.

・To prevent fraudulent ticket resale, tickets will be issued via smartphone or feature phone for all applicants and accompanying persons in the form of "electronic tickets."

About ticket issuing

It is prohibited to sell or buy tickets at a price higher than the original price. Reselling or attempting to resell tickets is a breach of contract.
Resale tickets are invalid and you will be denied entry.

・To prevent fraudulent ticket resale, tickets will be issued as "electronic tickets" for both smartphones and feature phones.

・If you would like an electronic ticket for your smartphone, please download the electronic ticket app as soon as possible after you have been selected. The ticket must be displayed on each device of the applicant and accompanying person.

・The feature phone version of the electronic ticket will be available to view from your My Page. We will provide you with information on how to receive your electronic ticket at a later date.

・Electronic tickets can be issued after purchasing tickets.

・Changes or cancellations cannot be made after application. Please make a note of the application details in advance. For those paying by credit card, the ticket price (including the designated fee) will be deducted from your account once your winning is confirmed. For those paying by convenience store/Pay-easy, a payment number can be issued from the section for the performance you were selected for in "Ticket Application Status," so please make payment by the specified due date. If you do not make the payment within the due date, your application will be invalid.

・Personal information that we hold will be managed appropriately in accordance with the personal information protection policy of EMTG Inc., the handling entity.
