About electronic tickets and ticket trading

As a measure against fraudulent ticket resale, tickets will be issued in the form of "electronic tickets" to all applicants and accompanying persons using smartphones and feature phones.
In addition, if you are suddenly unable to attend, we will implement a "SAKANAQUARIUM (A) Official Ticket Trade" where purchasers can put their tickets up for sale and (A) members can apply for and win the bid at the original price. -

- ・Applications are only available to "SAKANAQUARIUM (A)" members.
- - It does not matter whether the accompanying person is a member of "SAKANAQUARIUM (A)".
- ・If you are applying for two tickets, you will need the EMTG ID and registered phone number of the person accompanying you.
- ・If your companion does not have an EMTG ID, they will need to register for "EMTG Lite (free)."
- ・Advance ticket sales are not on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be prepared by lottery.
- Regarding the lottery and issuance of serial numbers, priority will be given to applicants who apply for "SAKANAQUARIUM (A)" Annual membership fee course membership.
- ・If an applicant cancels their SAKANAQUARIUM (A) membership, their application may be invalidated.
- ・To prevent fraudulent ticket resale, tickets will be issued via smartphone or feature phone for all applicants and accompanying persons in the form of "electronic tickets."

About ticket issuing
It is prohibited to sell or buy tickets at a price higher than the original price. Reselling or attempting to resell tickets is a breach of contract.
Resale tickets are invalid and you will be denied entry.
- ・To prevent fraudulent ticket resale, tickets will be issued as "electronic tickets" for both smartphones and feature phones.
- ・If you would like an electronic ticket for your smartphone, please download the electronic ticket app as soon as possible after you have been selected. The ticket must be displayed on each device of the applicant and accompanying person.
- ・The feature phone version of the electronic ticket will be available to view from your My Page. We will provide you with information on how to receive your electronic ticket at a later date.
- ・Electronic tickets will be issued one week before the performance date.

For those paying by convenience store/Pay-easy, a payment number can be issued from the section for the performance you were selected for in "Ticket Application Status," so please make payment by the specified due date. If you do not make the payment within the due date, your application will be invalid.
