Precautions and requests regarding purchasing and admission to prevent unauthorized ticket sales

As a measure to prevent fraudulent ticket sales, we may conduct ID checks upon entry.

The name used at the time of application will be printed on the ticket (it cannot be changed under any circumstances). On the day of the performance, we may ask you to confirm that the name on the ticket is the same as the name on your valid identification when you enter the venue.

Therefore, both the representative and accompanying person must bring identification.
If you are traveling with someone, we ask that you enter together.
Please see the "Valid IDs" section below for information on valid IDs.

[Prohibition of unauthorized resale and transfer of tickets]

Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason or purpose.
If we find that tickets have been purchased from any other than official sales outlets (ticket resale sites, internet auctions, message boards, scalpers, etc.), the tickets will be invalid and you will be denied entry, even if they were sold at the regular price.
