The live concert will be divided into three parts: "SHINKAI(深海)," "CHUSO(中層)," and "ASASE(浅瀬)" Three video creators who have previously served as music video directors for SAKANACTION will be in charge of the overall direction of each part.

In terms of sound, the Soundscape System from d&b audiotechnik, a German speaker system brand, will be introduced in Japan for the first time.

We will deliver live performances using a state-of-the-art sound system that is a departure from conventional stereo L/R systems.

VISUAL LIVE SESSION

SHINKAI(深海) expresses light drifting in deep water through video and space. CHUSO(中層) is a block structured like a music video, with a theme of wandering fish. ASASE(浅瀬) depicts various worldviews with the lighting of the live performance as the axis. Enjoy the three-part live performance directed by the creators of each part: "SHINKAI(深海)," "CHUSO(中層)," and "ASASE(浅瀬)."

Tomokazu Yamada

Filmmaker. Head of the creative team "Tokyo Film" / Member of Caviar
Born in 1987, he graduated from the Film Department of the College of Art at Nihon University.
His work spans a wide range of fields, from brand advertisements for SUNTORY, GMO Click Securities, GIVENCHY, docomo, and other artists, to music videos for artists such as SAKANACTION, Kenshi Yonezu, KID FRESINO, and Aimyon, to photo serials in fashion magazines and TV dramas. His works are characterized by their cinematic direction and expression based on the motif of contemporary urban theory. Recently, his music video for Kenshi Yonezu's "Lemon" won the Best Video of the Year award at the MTV VMAJ 2018.

Born in 1978. Belongs to CAVIAR.
A video artist who combines an outstanding sense of design and video production skills with a playful and original approach.
He is primarily involved in the production of commercials and music videos, but his work is also diverse, including graphic design, art direction, and stage direction. His music video for OKGO, "Obsession," released this year, won the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival and many other advertising awards. He has won many awards both in Japan and overseas, and has worked on many popular projects. He is also a member of the "NF" project organized by ICHIRO YAMAGUCHI.

The Soundscape system from d&b audiotechnik was introduced at the suggestion of SACHIO SASAKI who operates SAKANACTION 's live sound. This cutting-edge sound system, which offers a completely new sound experience that goes beyond conventional stereo equipment, will be used for the first time at a live performance in Japan, and will be operated by Sasaki himself. It will deliver a sound that no one has ever experienced before.

What is the d&b audiotechnik “Soundscape” system?

The sound system is by d&b audiotechnik, a German audio solution system brand. It is a cutting-edge system that transmits more precise sound images by transmitting information not only from the usual two locations, L and R, but also from a total of five speakers installed in the front.
