Ticket reception is exclusively for those with overseas-issued smartphones and credit cards.

  • One person can order ONLY ONE VENUE (ONE performance). You can purchase up to ONE ticket.
  • If ordered twice or more, invalidate the second and subsequent order.
  • Transfer and resale are strictly prohibited.
  • Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event. At the time of exchanging the ticket(s),the person who purchases the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport). The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
  • Those who are over the age of 6 require tickets for admission.
  • Children under pre-school age are not allowed to enter.
