- *When downloading tickets, SMS authentication will be performed using the phone numbers entered when applying (for both the applicant and accompanying person).
- *If you register an incorrect mobile phone number, you will not be able to download the ticket. (Only those with the registered phone number can enter.)
- *Mobile phone numbers cannot be changed after application.
- *If you purchase two tickets, be sure to distribute them to your companion's smartphones and bring one ticket per person when you come to the venue.

The representative must download the ticket after the download start date and time. (There is no need to distribute the ticket to accompanying persons.)

At each venue, from 14:00 on the 14th day before the first performance, you can pick up your tickets at the cash register by operating the FamiPort installed at FamilyMart stores.
[Ticket purchase and admission precautions]
As a measure to prevent fraudulent ticket sales, we may conduct ID checks upon entry.
The name you entered at the time of application will be printed on the ticket (no changes can be made).
On the day of the performance, we will check that the name on your ticket is the same as the name on your valid ID when you enter the venue. Please make sure that both the representative and accompanying person bring their own ID.

If you are traveling with someone, please make sure you enter together. You will not be able to enter separately.

Unauthorized ticket resale
Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason or purpose.
If we find that tickets have been purchased from any other than official sales outlets (ticket resale sites, internet auctions, message boards, scalpers, etc.), the tickets will be invalid and you will be denied entry, even if they were sold at the regular price.
If resale is discovered, your winning rights will be invalidated and no refunds will be given for the tickets.
There have been many incidents involving tickets purchased from ticket resale sites.
The organizers cannot take any responsibility for any problems arising from purchasing tickets through any outlet other than the official one, so please make sure to purchase your tickets through the official sales method in order to prevent fraud and other damage.
