At each venue, from 14:00 on the 14th day before the first performance, you can pick up your tickets at the cash register by operating the FamiPort installed at FamilyMart stores.
[Ticket purchase and admission precautions]
As a measure to prevent fraudulent ticket sales, we may conduct ID checks upon entry.
The name you entered at the time of application will be printed on the ticket (no changes can be made).
On the day of the performance, we will check that the name on your ticket is the same as the name on your valid ID when you enter the venue. Please make sure that both the representative and accompanying person bring their own ID.

If you are traveling with someone, please make sure you enter together. You will not be able to enter separately.

Unauthorized ticket resale
Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason or purpose.
If we find that tickets have been purchased from any other than official sales outlets (ticket resale sites, internet auctions, message boards, scalpers, etc.), the tickets will be invalid and you will be denied entry, even if they were sold at the regular price.
If resale is discovered, your winning rights will be invalidated and no refunds will be given for the tickets.
There have been many incidents involving tickets purchased from ticket resale sites.
The organizers cannot take any responsibility for any problems arising from purchasing tickets through any outlet other than the official one, so please make sure to purchase your tickets through the official sales method in order to prevent fraud and other damage.

If you are suddenly unable to attend the live show, please use EMTG's "SAKANAQUARIUM (A) Official Ticket Trade", where you can trade at the regular price with peace of mind!
- ・All tickets purchased through trades will be issued as EMTG's smartphone e-tickets.
- ・Both the applicant and accompanying person must have a smartphone. Tickets cannot be issued on feature phones (galapagos phones).
- ・Because this is a first-come, first-served membership, applicants must be SAKANAQUARIUM (A) members. Accompanying persons can be non-members.
- - The buyer of the trade will be decided by a lottery held at 12:00 every day. Please note that there are no trades in which you can specify the buyer.
(There are no preferential treatment for membership ranks such as "Annual membership fee priority" in the trade lottery.) - ・Single items can be submitted. Only the applicant can submit items.

・ SAKANACTION official goods are only sold on the venue grounds. They are not sold at outdoor stalls. Please do not purchase any goods sold at outdoor stalls outside the concert venue, as they are illegal products that significantly infringe on the rights of the artists.
Regarding credit card payments
Payment cannot be made by credit card, but you can use "Origami Pay," a smartphone payment service for which SAKANACTION provides the payment sound.
Simply download the "Origami" app onto your smartphone and register your credit card information (VISA, MasterCard) to enable credit card payments via your smartphone.
The payment sound will be played from your smartphone. Please turn off silent mode and turn up the volume beforehand to make it easier to hear.
