Event Cancellation Notice

Regarding "SAKANAQUARIUM KURAYAMI KURAYAMI" scheduled for January 2021, we had been preparing to hold the event with all possible infection prevention measures in light of the current spread of the COVID-19 infection. However, we have determined that it is difficult to hold the performance under the current circumstances, and have been forced to cancel all performances.

We will provide refunds to customers who have purchased SS seats.
Details on refund procedures and other matters will be provided on the special page once the details have been finalized.

In addition, due to this cancellation, all applications for the "S Seat and A Seat Ticket Lottery" held from Friday, December 11th to Monday, December 14th will be invalid.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to attending.
This is truly unfortunate news, and we appreciate your understanding.

About the performance

"Darkness" refers to complete darkness, to the point where you cannot even tell whether your eyes are open or closed.
Please read the following precautions carefully before purchasing your tickets.

Please remain seated during the performance.
In "Darkness," there are no performances encouraging shouting or cheering.

They will not be performing as a regular band, but instead will be in a special formation in which the members will perform inside a special box to prevent light from the equipment from leaking out.

The main performance will be composed of four acts and is scheduled to last approximately one hour.
Some of the lights will be turned on during the intermission, during which you will be able to enter and exit the venue.
Please refrain from moving around the audience when the theater is completely dark as it is dangerous.
There will be no break. Please use the restroom etc. before the show starts.

Evacuation guide lights and floor lights will be turned off during the performance. They will be turned on in the event of an emergency, but please check the emergency exits in advance.

Please be considerate when bringing in or using smartphones, smartwatches, luminous watches, penlights, or other items that may emit light or be noticeable in dark places.
We ask for your cooperation by keeping trash out of sight, such as in a bag or pocket.

Please wear dark clothing to match the darkness whenever possible.

This performance will be in surround sound using "Soundscape" from German audio solutions provider "d&b audiotechnik," a sound system that SAKANACTION debuted in Japan in 2018.

More staff will be stationed in the venue than for normal performances and night vision scopes will be used for security.

Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19

This performance will take place in accordance with government and venue guidelines.
*As part of our infection prevention measures, tickets will be sold as "electronic tickets" instead of paper tickets. Applications and use of electronic tickets can only be made via smartphone.

We need to compile a list of all attendees' information, so we will sell "specified tickets" that allow us to confirm the name and contact information of the purchaser and accompanying person at the time of purchase. Please note that this information may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary.

We may ask you to show your identification upon entry.

Upon entry, we will disinfect your hands with disinfectant and take your temperature.
Please note that anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will be denied entry.

Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.
Upon entering the venue, you will be given a black non-woven mask. Please wear it when you come to the venue.

Ventilation and audience seats will be disinfected after each performance.

If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please inform a member of staff immediately.
(We may ask you to leave depending on your symptoms.) In addition, if any of the following apply to you, we ask that you refrain from visiting.
・Those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (one degree higher than normal) (Please take your temperature before heading to the venue.)
-Those who have visited a doctor or taken medicine for fever or cold symptoms within two weeks from the date of the performance
-Those who have experienced abnormal smell, abnormal taste, cough, runny nose, or fever within two weeks from the performance date

Please note that tickets cannot be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

This item uses Shikibo Co., Ltd.'s anti-viral functional processing "Fulltect Processing."

Shikibo Co., Ltd., a comprehensive textile manufacturer with strengths in functional materials, developed this anti-viral treatment in 2006. Up until now, the company has been developing hygiene products such as masks and isolation gowns as well as general clothing, but this year it has been adopted for a variety of textile products to combat viruses.

Antiviral Testing: Shikibo Konan Co., Ltd. is one of the few manufacturers that can verify the effectiveness of products in-house, and we carry out quality control for each production order. (Testing method: Compliant with ISO18184)
