About childcare ticket reception

Childcare ticket 3,000 yen (tax included) / per child

*Please note that once you have purchased a childcare ticket, we cannot cancel, refund, or change the schedule for any reason after payment has been made.
*Childcare tickets will be issued using the e-plus electronic ticket "Suma Ticket."

・This childcare service is available only to those who have purchased tickets for this performance, during the performance hours on the day of each performance.
You will need to purchase a "childcare ticket" separately from the ticket for this performance.
・Children who can be looked after by the childcare service are between 1 and 6 years old (preschool age). (Children who are between 1 and 6 years old on the day of each performance are eligible.)
・Up to 4 children can be kept per parent with a ticket for this performance.
(For details on childcare services, please read "Concert Child Care Details.")
・If you do not have a "childcare ticket" on the day, you will not be able to use the childcare room. Please be sure to bring it with you.
・We cannot take care of sick or recovering children. In addition, as a general rule, we cannot take care of children with chronic illnesses.

All items of customer personal information entered when applying for childcare tickets will be stored by Live Masters Co., Ltd., HIP LAND MUSIC CORPORATION INC. Co., Ltd., Eplus Co., Ltd., Fanplus, Inc., and Shogakukan Academy Co., Ltd., when selling childcare tickets. , will be used jointly for the purpose of accepting childcare services and implementing childcare services. Please note that Live Masters Co., Ltd. is responsible for managing personal information.

Concert Child Care details

The childcare service will be operated by Shogakukan Academy Co., Ltd.'s comprehensive childcare service "HAS".
HAS is a regular member of the National Childcare Service Association, a public interest incorporated association.
At HAS, we are enrolled in a comprehensive compensation system for childcare services (compensation insurance and accident insurance) in case of an accident.

本公演の開場時間の30分前より、保育サービスの受付を開始いたします。
会場内保育ルームへは、案内に従いお越しください。当日、お子さまのご様子に関する確認等、お預かりの手続きがございますので、時間には十分余裕をもってお越しください。（受付所要時間：10分程度）

Childcare reception (reception time: about 10 minutes)

Please provide the following 5 points. We will accept applications based on the following documents.

① Childcare ticket (electronic ticket) *If you forget it, you will not be able to use the childcare room.
②Tickets for the main performance for parents *To confirm seat numbers
③ Parent's ID (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) *To confirm your reservation
④ “Concert Child Care Application Form”
⑤ "Concert Child Care Usage Agreement" *Please download ④⑤, fill it out, and bring it with you.

Checking your physical condition

*Please inform the childcare staff in advance if you have any allergies or medical conditions.
*Please note that we cannot accept children who are suspected of having an infectious disease or have a chronic illness.

Confirmation regarding meals, excretion, and diaper changes

*Please finish toileting (changing diapers) before entering the room.

Please let us know if there are any other matters that need attention.

Temperature measurement

*Temperature will be taken before entering the room. Please note that if the measurement result is 37.5℃ or higher or if there is any suspicion of an infectious disease (rash, etc.), you will not be able to use the nursery room.
This is a group childcare facility, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Luggage storage

*Please label everything you have (including diapers and snacks) and bring them all together to avoid mistakes.

Child Care

*You will be given a "Pick-up Card." This card is necessary to confirm the parent's identity when picking up the child, and is important for ensuring the safety of the child. Please keep this card under the parent's control until picking up the child. Please be sure to present it when picking up the child.
*Children will be handed over at any time from the end of the performance. The final pick-up time will be within 60 minutes from the end of the performance.

*Please note that we will call you if your child continues to cry loudly or if we determine that your child needs to be involved.

Concert Child Care Terms of Use

Shogakukan Academy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has set forth in these Terms of Use the contents that we would like our users to be aware of in advance when providing childcare services. Our experienced childcare staff will take care of your child safely, so please read these Terms of Use carefully and agree to abide by them before signing up for Concert Child Care. Please submit the usage application form (hereinafter referred to as the "usage application form").

Infants from 1 to 6 years old (preschool)
(Children aged 1 to 6 years old on the day of each performance are eligible.)

As a general rule, please eat your meal before checking in your pet.If you wish, we can accept food that does not require refrigeration, such as light meals (rice balls, bread, etc.) and snacks (only biscuits and snacks for infants). From a hygienic standpoint, we cannot accept perishable foods, including fruits, cream, yogurt, etc. Please note that we and our childcare staff cannot be held responsible for any illness that may occur to children due to the food we have left with them.

Please be sure to bring your own drinks to stay hydrated.

*Please mark all your child's belongings with your name.

We cannot accept children who are not feeling well (sick or have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher).Childcare staff cannot perform medical procedures, so they will contact parents immediately. Please note that if you leave a child who is not feeling well, we will not be held responsible if the child's condition worsens.

*If you are suspected of having any of the following infectious diseases, you will not be allowed to enter.
Cold (fever), new coronavirus, influenza, measles, rubella, chicken pox, mumps (mumps), tuberculosis, pharyngoconjunctivitis (pool fever), epidemic conjunctivitis, whooping cough, enterohemorrhagic E. coli infection ( O157, O25, O111, etc.), acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, meningococcal meningitis, streptococcal infection, mycoplasma pneumonia, hand, foot and mouth disease, infectious erythema (apple disease), viral gastroenteritis (noro, rota・Adenovirus, etc.) ・Herpangina, RS virus infection, herpes zoster, sudden rash, and other infectious diseases
*Children with a normal temperature of 37.5℃ or higher should bring a doctor's certificate.
*If you have been diagnosed with an infectious disease and have a rash or other symptoms but have recovered your health and are able to live in a group, please bring a doctor's certificate (a copy is acceptable).

As a general rule, we cannot accept people with chronic illnesses.
This is a temporary childcare room without a full-time nurse, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We will contact your parent or guardian or emergency contact as soon as possible.

Medication and application are medical procedures and cannot be performed by childcare staff. Please administer and apply medication under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You may leave your belongings in the designated area of the childcare room. However, please note that, as a general rule, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss of items left in our care. Please do not leave valuables in our care.

・The daycare room is stocked with play equipment appropriate for the child's age. Please refrain from bringing in any play equipment as there is a risk of it being lost.
・If your child continues to cry loudly or if the nursery judges it necessary for you to take action, we will call you. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not accept requests to take photographs of children while providing childcare services.

The personal information you fill out in the Concert Child Care application form will not be used for any purpose other than providing childcare services on the day (including contacting you in case of an emergency). In addition, as a general rule, it will be discarded one week after the date of use. FAQ

Regarding the storage and provision of meals and snacks: As a general rule, please eat your meal before checking in your pet.As this is a temporary childcare room, we are unable to store or provide meals such as boxed lunches. If you wish, we will be happy to store food that does not require refrigeration, such as light meals (rice balls, bread, etc.) and snacks (limited to biscuits and rice crackers for infants). For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept perishables including fruit, fresh cream, yogurt, etc. Additionally, please note that our company and childcare staff cannot be held responsible for any child becoming unwell due to the food they have left with us.
Also,If your child has any allergies, please be sure to notify us at the time of childcare reception.

Milk storage and provision: For hygienic reasons, parents are responsible for preparing infant formula. As a general rule, please make sure to breastfeed your child before leaving your child with us.
Also, we do not have hot water available, so please bring your own if you need it.

About hydration: We will provide hydration during the daycare.Please be sure to bring a water bottle or plastic bottle.

Regarding checked strollers: We will provide a stroller parking area near the reception desk of the childcare room. Please note that you will be responsible for managing the stroller.

About bringing your favorite play equipment, etc.: As there are many play equipment in the nursery room and there is a risk of them getting lost, we do not allow children to bring them in as a general rule.
However, if your child cries if the equipment is not there, or if it has an emotional impact on them, please let us know when you register for childcare.

If there are any points to be noted when caring for your child.: Since the nursery room is a group childcare space, the childcare staff cannot provide one-on-one care with your child from start to finish. If your child requires one-on-one care, or if we judge this to be the case, we will not be able to take care of your child. Thank you for your understanding.

About keeping children with a normal temperature of 37.5℃ or higher: Since this is a temporary nursery room, we cannot determine whether the child's normal temperature is high or not. If your child always has a normal temperature of 37.5℃ or higher, please bring a doctor's certificate (copy acceptable).

If the rash remains after contracting an infectious disease, but the doctor says it is safe to go to a group childcare facility.: Since the staff at the daycare center cannot determine whether your child's current condition is infectious or not, we will not allow your child to enter the center if they have a rash. If your child still has a rash but has recovered and is now able to participate in group activities, please bring a doctor's certificate (a copy is acceptable). Please follow the same procedure for other infectious diseases.
