• This reception is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be prepared by lottery.
• We use the ePlus system. Both the applicant and accompanying person must register as an ePlus member (free of charge) to apply.
• To register as a new eplus member, you will need to register your mobile phone number and authenticate your mobile phone number via short message (SMS).
• Due to ePlus system maintenance, applications, payments, and receipt procedures will not be available from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM on the first and third Thursday of each month.
• Entrance is not possible through any other method than the official purchase method.
