Details of the second advance ticket sales for members and how to apply

Reception target

This is a set of two tickets for a parent and a child under 18 who does not have a mobile phone.
Adults only, children only, sisters/brothers, or friends will not be able to enter on the day even if they apply.

*Depending on the venue, two types of seats will be accepted: "Parent-child reserved seats" and "Parent-child seated reserved seats."

Applications are accepted only via smartphone. Applications cannot be made from PCs or feature phones.

Please be sure to check before applying

  • A "Parent-Child Seat" is a set of two tickets for a parent and a child under 18 years old.
    Please note that even if you apply, adults only, children only, sisters/brothers, or friends will not be able to enter on the day.
  • You will need to enter your child's age when you apply.
  • Lottery preferences will be given as per the lottery preferences table.
    However, please note that if there are more applications than the limited number of tickets for each performance, or if any of the following apply, your application will be disqualified.

    - Those who have obvious errors in the applicant's name or mobile phone number

    Even if you apply as a companion, including for other types of seats, it will be counted as one visit. (This includes applications made at different reception desks.)
    Please note that if multiple applications are submitted, all applications will be rejected.

    <Example of being rejected>

    • 1. If Person A applies for the same performance with both "A (applicant) + B (accompanying person)" for a parent-child seat and "A (applicant)" for a different seat type, both applications will be rejected.
    • 2. If Person A applies for the same performance with both "A (applicant) + B (accompanying person)" for a parent-child seat and "C (applicant) + A (accompanying person)" for a different seat type, both applications will be rejected.
  • On the day of the performance, your ID will be checked at the "electronic ticket window" before you line up to enter. For details, please check How to receive your ticket.
  • This reception is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be prepared by lottery.
  • We use the ePlus system. You must register as an ePlus member (free of charge) to apply.
  • To register as a new eplus member, you will need to register your mobile phone number and authenticate your mobile phone number via short message (SMS).
  • Due to ePlus system maintenance, applications, payments, and receipt procedures will not be available from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM on the first and third Thursday of each month.
  • Membership verification may be conducted on the day of the performance. SAKANAQUARIUM (A) members who applied for the first or second member advance sale should be careful not to cancel their membership.
  • Entrance is not possible through any other method than the official purchase method.
  • It doesn't necessarily mean you'll win. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the lottery and winnings.

What to prepare when applying

*The member application ID is not the ID used when logging in to SAKANAQUARIUM (A).

Application method

  • STEP1

    Applicants should issue a "Member Application ID" by clicking the "Issue Application ID/Apply here" button at the bottom of the page.

    Those who are applying to change their membership plan from monthly to Annual membership fee

    ・Before issuing the "Membership Application ID", be sure to change your course to an annual membership.
    (If you choose to pay at a convenience store, you must complete the payment at the convenience store.)

    ・Your membership category will be confirmed when your "membership application ID" is issued. If you change your course after your "membership application ID" is issued or after you apply, it will not be reflected in the lottery.

    • *Please check "What you need to prepare when applying" before proceeding with the e+ application.
    • *If you cancel your application, you can proceed again by clicking "Issue an application ID and apply here."
    • ※Membership application ID This applies to both the first member advance sale and the second member advance sale.
