    Is it possible to apply for multiple tickets?

    「チケット受付スケジュール」に記載の各受付については、すべて異なる受付になりますので、それぞれで申込が可能です。同一会場のお申し込みは可能ですが、同一公演が重複して当選することはございません。
    しかしながら、ステイタスに応じたチケット抽選優遇や、受付対象はそれぞれの先行・受付で異なりますので、受付ページおよび特設ページのご案内を必ずご確認ください。

    What is "wheelchair seat reception"?

    Applications will only be accepted from those who use a wheelchair.
    If you are applying for multiple tickets, you can apply for a total of two tickets for each wheelchair user and their companion.
    If you are interested, please apply at the "Wheelchair Seating Reception" desk.

    ・Wheelchair seats are, in principle, limited to wheelchair users.
    ・If you wish to view the show in a wheelchair, please apply for wheelchair seats. Accompanying persons (up to one person) also need a ticket.
    ・We are unable to accommodate wheelchair users in the general reserved seats, so please refrain from applying for general reserved seats.
    ・Wheelchair seating can be applied for with one ticket even if you do not have a companion, but we ask that you bring your companion along with you to the venue. Please note that in the event of a disaster or emergency, staff assistance may be delayed.
    ・When applying for a wheelchair seat, general reserved seating will not be reserved.
    ・Please note that we cannot accept transfers from wheelchair seats to standard reserved seats or vice versa for customer convenience.
    - Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
    ・Please note that wheelchair seats do not guarantee a good view of the stage.
    ・With regard to parking lots and drop-off areas, unless otherwise provided by the venue rules or services, there are no parking lots or drop-off areas reserved for wheelchair users. If you are coming by car, please find a nearby paid parking lot on your own.

    I'm almost going to rank up, but at what point will my status be when I draw the lottery?

    各先行受付終了日時時点でのステイタスにて抽選を行います。
    【例1】受付開始日時点では中層で、受付終了日に深海にランクアップ⇒受付終了日時点のステイタス「深海」として抽選を行います。
    【例2】受付終了日時点では浅瀬で、受付終了日翌日に中層にランクアップ⇒受付終了日時点のステイタス「浅瀬」として抽選を行います。

    深海ステイタスであれば、必ず当選しますか？

    深海ステイタスに到達されている方は優遇度が高くなりますが、公演日の応募状況により、深海会員の方であっても落選となる場合がございます。お席のご用意を約束するものではございませんのでご了承ください。
    ご応募の際は第1希望のみの選択にせず、第2希望に他席種をお選びいただくことを推奨します。

    Mizu surface has a low preferential ranking, but can't I hope to win?

    ステイタスが水面の方であっても、応募者もしくは同行者の方のランクにより、優遇順も変わります。
    抽選優遇の順番など詳細は各先行の案内をご覧ください。
    なお、公演日や席種によって応募状況が異なるため、必ずしも当選または落選となるとは限りません。

    Is there childcare available during the show?
    We plan to provide childcare services (for a fee) at the venue for children aged 1 to 6 years old (preschool age).
    Further details will be announced at a later date.

    Applications can only be submitted using smartphones.
    *You cannot apply from a PC or feature phone.
    *Please make sure that the "phone number" entered at the time of application is the phone number of the smartphone device of the person who will be attending on the day of the performance.
    *If you enter the wrong phone number or the phone number of someone who will not be attending, an error will occur during the ticket download process and you will not be able to download the ticket.
    *We cannot accept phone number changes. Please be careful not to enter your phone number incorrectly when applying.

    Those accompanied by elementary or junior high school students who do not have a smartphone
    When applying at the "Parent and Child Reception" please fill in the following information.

    <Only when applying for 3 or 4 tickets>

    • ・If the accompanying person (first person) is a guardian
      Please enter the correct kanji name and mobile phone number registered as an e+ member.
    • ・If the first accompanying person is a child (elementary or junior high school student) who does not have a mobile phone
      Please enter "999999999999" for your kanji name and phone number.

    • *Mobile phone numbers are not required for the second and third companions.
    • *On the day of the performance, please come to the "electronic ticket counter" before lining up in the admission line. We will hand over the wristband after confirming the names and valid IDs of the representative and all accompanying persons as well as the purchaser list.

    • 席種や公演日によっては応募が集中します。第1希望のみの選択にせず、第2希望以降も他席種をお選びいただくことを推奨します。 第2希望を選ばずに落選となった場合、優遇順の下位の方が他の公演で当選する可能性があります。
      他の公演で当選規定数を超えた場合も同様に落選となる場合があります。
    • ステイタス優遇表のとおり抽選を優遇いたします。
      ただし、各公演の規定枚数を超える応募があった場合、以下に該当する場合は落選となることもございます。予めご了承ください。
      ・応募者 / 同行者の氏名、携帯電話番号に明らかに不備がある方
      ・応募者 / 同行者を同じ氏名、携帯電話番号で応募された方
      ・同行者での応募等で重複してご応募がある場合

      Even if you apply as a companion, it will be counted as "one time". (Including cases where applications are made across reception desks)
      Please note that if there are duplicate applications, all applications will be rejected.

      <Example of being rejected>

      • 1. In this application, if the combination of "A (applicant)" and "B (applicant) + A (accompanying person)" applies twice for the same performance, both applications will be rejected.
      • 2.In this application, if the combinations of "A (applicant) + B (accompanying person)" and "B (applicant) + C (accompanying person)" apply for the same performance twice, all applications will be rejected. You will be rejected.
    • Membership confirmation may be conducted on the day of the performance. Please be careful not to cancel your membership if you are an NF member who applied through the membership primary/secondary lottery reception.
    • Entrance is not possible through any other method than the official purchase method.
    • It doesn't necessarily mean you'll win. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the lottery and winnings.
