There are two performances at the same venue. Can I apply for both days?

Each person can apply for one venue with their first to fifth choice of "date x seat type" combination.

[Example] If you are applying for two tickets for the SGC Hall Ariake performance
First choice: 2 tickets for the 4/18 SGC Hall Ariake concert, arena standing
Second choice: 4/18 SGC Hall Ariake performance, 2 reserved seats
3rd choice: 4/19 SGC Hall Ariake performance Arena standing 2 tickets
4th choice: 4/19 SGC Hall Ariake performance, 2 designated S tickets
5th choice: 4/18 SGC Hall Ariake performance, designated A, 2 tickets

Is it possible to apply for multiple tickets?

Each reception listed on the "Ticket Reception Schedule" is a separate reception, so you can apply for each one. You can apply for the same venue, but you cannot be selected for the same performance twice.
However, ticket lottery privileges based on STATUS and eligibility for applications differ for each advance sale and application, so please be sure to check the information on the application page and special page.

My companion is not a paid member, but can I still apply for tickets?

For both the first and second lottery applications NF member if your accompanying person is a free member or a non-member, you will not be able to apply.

I want to go with my child, but they don't have a smartphone.

We are offering a "parent-child reception" service for elementary and junior high school students who do not have smartphones and their parents.
If you are interested, please apply through the "Parent and Child Reception" desk.
A maximum of four tickets can be applied for per venue, and up to two parents can apply.
Applications can be made for up to 4 people in total, including 1-2 adults and 1-3 children.
The number of people in the group must include at least one adult and one child. Applications for only adults or only children are not accepted.

*This is for children who are elementary or junior high school students on the day of the performance.
*Parent-child reserved S/A: Standing room is also available.
*Parent and child seating designated S/A: Standing is not permitted and all viewing is seated.
*Preschool children are not allowed to enter. Tickets are required for elementary school students and above.
*The relationship between the applicant and accompanying person must be parent and child. If you are not in a parent-child relationship, you will not be able to exchange tickets when your ID is checked on the day.
*On the day of the performance, please come to the "electronic ticket counter" before lining up to enter. After confirming the names, valid ID, and purchaser list of the representative and all accompanying persons, you will be given a wristband.
*Lottery preferences will be determined solely by the applicant's membership STATUS.

What is "wheelchair seat reception"?

Applications will only be accepted from those who use a wheelchair.
If you are applying for multiple tickets, you can apply for a total of two tickets for each wheelchair user and their companion.
If you are interested, please apply at the "Wheelchair Seating Reception" desk.

[Wheelchair seat notes]
・Wheelchair seats are, in principle, limited to wheelchair users.
・If you wish to view the show in a wheelchair, please apply for wheelchair seats. Accompanying persons (up to one person) also need a ticket.
・We are unable to accommodate wheelchair users in the general reserved seats, so please refrain from applying for general reserved seats.
・Wheelchair seating can be applied for with one ticket even if you do not have a companion, but we ask that you bring your companion along with you to the venue. Please note that in the event of a disaster or emergency, staff assistance may be delayed.
・When applying for a wheelchair seat, general reserved seating will not be reserved.
・Please note that we cannot accept transfers from wheelchair seats to standard reserved seats or vice versa for customer convenience.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
・Please note that wheelchair seats do not guarantee a good view of the stage.
・With regard to parking lots and drop-off areas, unless otherwise provided by the venue rules or services, there are no parking lots or drop-off areas reserved for wheelchair users. If you are coming by car, please find a nearby paid parking lot on your own.

Does the membership STATUS of my companion affect my lottery benefits?

The membership STATUS of your companions will also affect your lottery benefits.
For details such as the order of lottery preferential treatment, please refer to the information for each advance sale.
However, the membership STATUS of the accompanying person does not matter when registering for parent-child registration (you will be applying as a non-member).

I'm almost going to rank up, but at what point will my status be when I draw the lottery?

The lottery will be held based on STATUS at the end of each advance order period.
[Example 1] On the application start date, the status is CHUSO(中層), and on the application end date, the status is upgraded to SHINKAI(深海) ⇒ The lottery will be held with STATUS as "SHINKAI(深海)" on the application end date.
[Example 2] If the entry is in ASASE(浅瀬) on the closing date and is upgraded to CHUSO(中層) the day after the closing date, the lottery will be held with the entry STATUS as "ASASE(浅瀬)" on the closing date.

If I have deep sea status, will I definitely win?

Those who have achieved SHINKAI(深海) STATUS will receive preferential treatment, but depending on the application situation on the day of the performance, even SHINKAI(深海) members may be unsuccessful. Please note that we cannot guarantee that seats will be available.
When applying, we recommend that you do not select only your first choice, but also select another seat type as your second choice.

Mizu surface has a low preferential ranking, but can't I hope to win?

Even if STATUS is above MINAMO(水面), the order of preference will change depending on the rank of the applicant or accompanying person.

Please note that the application situation varies depending on the performance date and seat type, so you may not necessarily be selected or rejected.

Is there childcare available during the show?

We plan to provide childcare services (for a fee) at the venue for children aged 1 to 6 years old (preschool age).
