Please apply from your smartphone.
Applications cannot be made from feature phones or other incompatible devices.

Both the applicant and accompanying person will need a smartphone device.
You can use this service with smartphones (Android 4.0 or later / iOS 7.0 or later) from domestic carriers with calling capabilities that start with 090/080/070.

The following smartphones are not supported:
・Android: Android 4.0 or earlier
・iPhone: iOS 7.0 or earlier
・Devices with restrictions on downloading apps, such as Galaho, Windows Phone, BlackBerry, Raku-Raku Phone, and kids' smartphones

You cannot change your phone number after application.

• Please note that if there are more applications than the set number of tickets for each performance, your application may be rejected if any of the following apply.
  - Those who have obvious errors in the name or mobile phone number of the applicant or accompanying person
  ・Applicants and accompanying persons who applied with the same name and mobile phone number
  ・If there are duplicate applications, such as applications for accompanying persons
  

  Please note that even if you apply as an accompanying person, if there are multiple applications, all applications will be subject to rejection.

  <Example of being rejected>

  • 1. If B applies for the same performance in duplicate with the combinations "A (applicant) + B (accompanying person)" and "B (applicant) + A (accompanying person)", both applications will be rejected.
  • 2. If B applies for the same performance in duplicate as "A (applicant) + B (accompanying person)" and "B (applicant)", both applications will be rejected.
  • 3. If B applies for the same performance in the combinations of "A (applicant) + B (accompanying person)" and "B (applicant) + C (accompanying person)", all applications will be rejected.
• This reception is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be prepared by lottery.
• We use the Pia system.
• Entrance is not possible through any other method than the official purchase method.
• It doesn't necessarily mean you'll win. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the lottery and winnings.
