What is advance application acceptance?

As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will be accepting pre-orders for merchandise at the venue for customers who have tickets for the day of the performance. We encourage all attendees to take advantage of this pre-order to reduce congestion in the merchandise sales area.

As of June 1, 2021, the "NF OFFLINE" tour is planning to conduct in-person merchandise sales at live venues while taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

*One MESH BAG will be given as a gift to customers who purchase products worth 5,000 yen or more through pre-order. You cannot choose the color of the MESH BAG when receiving it as a gift.

Notes

  • There are limited quantities of all products.
    For products that have sold out through advance mail order (pre-shipment), we will have additional stock available for "pre-order" and "merchandise sales on the day of the performance", but please note that the numbers are limited.
  • Since you will be picking up your ticket at the venue, it can only be used by those who have a ticket for the performance you applied for. When you pick up your ticket, we will check your ticket for the performance.
  • We only accept credit cards as a payment method. If you wish to pay by a method other than credit card, please use the merchandise sales on the day of the performance.
  • Pre-orders can be picked up within the designated pick-up time. Please pick up your order at the designated pick-up time to help reduce congestion on the day.
  • If you are unable to collect your items at the designated time, please be sure to come to the sales area before the start of the show. Please note that some venues do not allow merchandise sales after the show, so if you are unable to collect your items before the show starts, your order will be cancelled.
  • Each performance and collection time slot will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum number of slots has been reached, you will not be able to select a time slot.
    However, if a cancellation occurs, you may be able to select a time slot that was previously closed.
  • When you add an item to your cart or select the performance date and time for pickup, the reception time slot has not yet been reserved.
    Please note that until your order is confirmed, the product may sell out or the acceptance slots may be closed during the process.
  • If you place multiple orders for collection at different time slots for the same performance, the items cannot be collected together as a single order.
  • Once your order is complete, you cannot change the performance date and time or the order details. Please be careful when placing your order.
  • Please note that if you do not collect your item on the selected collection date, your credit card payment will be cancelled and all orders will be cancelled without exception.
  • Orders for commercial or resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
    *Please note that some old products, excluding new products, may be subject to change from the lineup of merchandise on the day of the performance.

*Tickets will not be sold after the KT Zepp Yokohama performance.
As of July 2nd, it has not been decided whether or not tickets will be sold after the performances at Zepp Sapporo and after. Depending on the status of COVID-19 and the situation in each prefecture, tickets may not be sold after the performance, so please check the information on our official Twitter account on the day of the performance.

*We recommend cashless payment by credit card, QR code payment, and electronic money. Cash purchases are also possible, but we ask for your cooperation in preventing the spread of infection.

Requests and precautions regarding the prevention of COVID-19 infection

  • Sales staff will wear non-woven masks when making sales. Customers are also asked to wear masks when using the store. Customers who are not wearing masks will be refused entry.
  • During the pre-sale period, tickets will be checked and temperatures will be taken at the merchandise entrance. Anyone with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher will be refused entry. In addition, please be sure to disinfect your hands thoroughly with alcohol-based disinfectant.
  • Please refrain from contact, handing over items, or talking between customers.
  • We will install plastic curtains to prevent splashes in the sales floor. Because the plastic curtains and masks make it difficult for customers to hear you, please point to the POP when ordering products.
  • Please note that in order to reduce opportunities for contact, samples and specimens will not be displayed within customer reach.
  • Sales will be conducted with physical distancing in place, so please only line up if you intend to purchase merchandise, and keep an appropriate distance between you and the person in front or behind you.
    Please note that depending on the length of the waiting line, we may temporarily stop allowing you to queue.
  • Please refrain from contacting the live venue regarding merchandise.

  • NF member can earn NF points by purchasing merchandise at NF OFFLINE tour venues.
    QR code authentication is required, so please have your QR code ready when using the merchandise sales service.

  • Please note that this offer is not available to customers who do not have a ticket for the performance on the day of the show.
  • We have prepared separate sales numbers for "pre-orders" and "goods sales on the day of the concert", but please note that the quantities of each are limited.
  • Please check the product, size, and change. Change will be given on the spot, and if there is a mistake with the product, please be sure to notify the merchandise counter during sales on the day.

  • Please note that we will not accept any exchanges or returns except for defective products.
