What is (advance shipping)?
Due to the postponement of NF OFFLINE Nagoya, Osaka, and Haneda performances, we have decided to offer pre-orders (pre-shipment) of "NF OFFLINE" goods for a limited time.
We plan to ship the items before the performance date according to the delivery schedule detailed below.

Friday, May 14th, 18:00 - Sunday, May 30th, 23:59
Please take advantage of this opportunity to help ease congestion at merchandise sales at the venue on the day of the performance.

Delivery Schedule
① Customers who have tickets for the Nagoya/Osaka/Haneda performances in May
From Friday, May 14th to Sunday, May 16th If you have completed your order
→Scheduled to ship by Thursday, May 20th
After Monday, May 17th If you have completed your order
→Scheduled to ship by Wednesday, June 2nd
② Customers who have tickets for Fukuoka/Tokyo/Yokohama/Sapporo in June-July
→Scheduled to ship by Wednesday, June 2nd
3. NF member who do not have a ticket
→ Scheduled to ship in late June
Notes
- The merchandise application page will differ depending on your ticket possession status, so please check carefully before applying.
If you make a mistake in the application page, the delivery date of the product may be delayed. Please note that we cannot accept changes to the delivery date after an order has been placed. - Due to product manufacturing and delivery schedules, the available stock quantities for ①, ②, and ③ are set on each purchase page.
We also have separate stock for the "pre-order service, which allows you to pick up goods at the venue" and "same-day sales at the live venue on the day of the performance," which are scheduled to resume in June.
However, please note that quantities of each item are limited.
Please note that there will be no stock prepared for post-event mail order from July onwards, and only products remaining at the live venue will be sold. - Please note that after your ticket refund is complete, you will not be able to use the online shopping service in ①. (You can still use the online shopping service in ③.)
Please note that even if you receive a refund for your ticket after completing your pre-order, this pre-order will not be cancelled.
