Reception details

Applicants
Parents who have a smartphone can apply together with their child (age 18 or under) who does not have a smartphone. Tickets will be accepted in sets of two.
  • The relationship between the applicant and the accompanying person must be parent and child. Please note that we are unable to accept applications from adults only, children only, sisters/brothers, or friends.
  • Accompanying persons who do not have a mobile phone number do not need to register with ePlus.
  • When applying, you will need to register the names and ages of the purchaser and accompanying persons, and submit documents that can prove this when entering on the day.
  • Name changes and refunds are not possible after tickets have been purchased.
  • This is different from the parent-child seat area.

Application restrictions

Application device

Applications can only be made via smartphone.
Applications cannot be made from PCs, feature phones, or other incompatible devices.

Applicants must have a smartphone device. (No accompanying person is required.)
Smartphones with calling capabilities starting with 090/080/070 from domestic carriers (Android 4.1 or later / iOS 9.0 or later) can be used.

The following smartphones are not supported:
Low-cost smartphones (without SMS functionality), Raku-Raku phones and other models that are not compatible with Google Play, older models that are not compatible with e+ apps (such as models running iOS 9.0 or below), feature phones, tablets, PHS, and devices without SIM or SMS services.

You cannot change your phone number after application.

Please be sure to check before applying

  • Please note that if there are more applications than the set number of tickets for each performance, your application may be rejected if any of the following apply.
    - Those who have obvious errors in the applicant's name or mobile phone number
    ・If there are duplicate applications, such as applications for accompanying persons

    Please note that even if you apply as an accompanying person, if there are multiple applications, all applications will be subject to rejection.

    <Example of being rejected>

    • 1. If Person A applies for the same performance with two combinations of "Person A (applicant) + Person B (accompanying person)" and "Person A (applicant)", both applications will be rejected.
    • 2. If Person A applies for the same performance with two combinations, "Person A (applicant) + Person B (accompanying person)" and "Person C (applicant) + Person A (accompanying person)," all applications will be rejected.
  • This reception is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be prepared by lottery.
  • We use the ePlus system. You must register as an ePlus member (free of charge) to apply.
  • To register as a new eplus member, you will need to register your mobile phone number and authenticate your mobile phone number via short message (SMS).
  • Due to ePlus system maintenance, applications, payments, and receipt procedures will not be available from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM on the first and third Thursday of each month.
  • Entrance is not possible through any other method than the official purchase method.
  • It doesn't necessarily mean you'll win. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the lottery and winnings.
