There are two performances at the same venue. Can I apply for both days?: Each person may apply for one venue by selecting from their first through fifth choice of "date x seat type" combination.

Example: If you apply for two tickets for the K Arena Yokohama concert
1st choice: 2 tickets for the August 26 K Arena Yokohama concert (SS rating)

Is it possible to apply for multiple tickets?: Each reception listed on the "Ticket Reception Schedule" is a separate reception, so you can apply for each one separately. You can apply for the same venue, but you cannot be selected for the same performance multiple times.
However, please note that ticket lottery benefits and application eligibility based on STATUS differ for each advance sale and reception, so please be sure to check the information on the reception page and special page.

My companion is not a member, but can we still apply for tickets?: You can apply for both the first and second NF member lottery applications even if your accompanying person is a non-member.

Although the person accompanying you is a non-member, you will be asked for a SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID) when applying.: For the first and second NF member lottery applications, accompanying persons will also need SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID) (free of charge).
You can register for SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID) for free without paying NF member membership fee, so if you don't have one, please obtain one before applying.

If you purchase tickets through NF member first or second lottery reception, your accompanying person will also need to purchase tickets through the SAKANACTION official app and will need to log in with SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID).

I want to go with my child, but they don't have a smartphone.: We are offering a "parent-child reception" service for elementary and junior high school students and their guardians who do not have smartphones.
If you are interested, please apply at the "Parent and Child Reception" desk.
The maximum number of tickets that can be applied for per venue is 4, and up to 2 parents can apply.
Applications can be accepted for up to 4 people in total, including 1-2 adults and 1-3 children.
The reservation must include at least one adult and one child. Applications for only adults or only children are not accepted.

*Preschool children are not allowed to attend this performance.
*Standing is not permitted for parent and child seats; viewing is by seated seating only.
*The relationship between the applicant and the accompanying person must be parent and child. If you are not in a parent-child relationship, please note that you will not be able to exchange the tickets when your ID is checked on the day.
* On the day of the performance, please come to the "Electronic Ticket Counter" before lining up to enter. After confirming the names, valid ID and purchaser list of the representative and all accompanying persons, we will give you a wristband.
*Lottery preferential treatment will be determined solely by the applicant's membership STATUS rank.

Is there childcare available during the show?: We plan to provide childcare services (for a fee) at the venue for children aged 1 to 6 years old (preschool age).
Further details will be announced at a later date.

What is "wheelchair seat reception"?: Applications will only be accepted from those who use a wheelchair.
If you are applying for multiple tickets, you can apply for a total of two tickets for each wheelchair user and their companion.
If you are interested, please apply at the "Wheelchair Seating Reception" desk.

・Wheelchair seats are, in principle, limited to wheelchair users.
・If you wish to view the show in a wheelchair, please apply for wheelchair seats. Accompanying persons (up to one person) also need a ticket.
・We are unable to accommodate wheelchair users in the general reserved seats, so please refrain from applying for general reserved seats.
・Wheelchair seating can be applied for with one ticket even if you do not have a companion, but we ask that you bring your companion along with you to the venue. Please note that in the event of a disaster or emergency, staff assistance may be delayed.
・When applying for a wheelchair seat, general reserved seating will not be reserved.
・Please note that we cannot accept transfers from wheelchair seats to standard reserved seats or vice versa for customer convenience.

I'm almost going to rank up, but at what point will my status be when I draw the lottery?: The lottery will be held based on STATUS at the end of each advance booking period.
[Example 1] Your status is on MINAMO(水面) as of the start of registration, but will be upgraded to ASASE(浅瀬) on the closing date ⇒ The lottery will be held with STATUS as "ASASE(浅瀬)" as of the closing date.
[Example 2] The status is ASASE(浅瀬) on the closing date, and is ranked up to CHUSO(中層) the day after the closing date ⇒ The lottery will be held with STATUS as "ASASE(浅瀬)" on the closing date.

If I have deep sea status, will I definitely win?: Those who have achieved SHINKAI(深海) STATUS will be given preferential treatment, but depending on the application situation on the day of the performance, even SHINKAI(深海) members may be rejected. Please note that we cannot guarantee that seats will be available.
When applying, we recommend that you do not only select your first choice, but also choose a different seat type as your second choice.

Mizu surface has a low preferential ranking, but can't I hope to win?: Even if you are of MINAMO(水面) STATUS, the order of preference will change depending on the rank of the applicant or accompanying person.
