Application restrictions
Each person may purchase up to two tickets of their preferred seat type for only one performance.
* Parent and child reception only: 2 to 4 tickets per venue
*Duplicate applications for the same venue with switched applicants and accompanying persons may be rejected.
Each person may apply for one venue by selecting from their first through fifth choice of "date x seat type" combination.

*Standing is not permitted; all viewing is seated.
*Preschool children are not allowed to enter. Tickets are required for elementary school students and above.

- Is it possible to apply for multiple tickets?

Each reception listed on the "Ticket Reception Schedule" is a separate reception, so you can apply for each one separately. You can apply for the same venue, but you cannot be selected for the same performance multiple times.
However, please note that ticket lottery benefits and application eligibility based on STATUS differ for each advance sale and reception, so please be sure to check the information on the reception page and special page.

We are offering a "parent-child reception" service for elementary and junior high school students and their guardians who do not have smartphones.
If you are interested, please apply at the "Parent and Child Reception" desk.
The maximum number of tickets that can be applied for per venue is 4, and up to 2 parents can apply.
Applications can be accepted for up to 4 people in total, including 1-2 adults and 1-3 children.
The reservation must include at least one adult and one child. Applications for only adults or only children are not accepted.
*Preschool children are not allowed to attend this performance.
*Standing is not permitted for parent and child seats; viewing is by seated seating only.
*The relationship between the applicant and the accompanying person must be parent and child. If you are not in a parent-child relationship, please note that you will not be able to exchange the tickets when your ID is checked on the day.
* On the day of the performance, please come to the "Electronic Ticket Counter" before lining up to enter. After confirming the names, valid ID and purchaser list of the representative and all accompanying persons, we will give you a wristband.
- Is there childcare available during the show?

We plan to provide childcare services (for a fee) at the venue for children aged 1 to 6 years old (preschool age).
Further details will be announced at a later date.
- What is "wheelchair seat reception"?

Applications will only be accepted from those who use a wheelchair.
If you are applying for multiple tickets, you can apply for a total of two tickets for each wheelchair user and their companion.

・Wheelchair seats are, in principle, limited to wheelchair users.
・If you wish to view the show in a wheelchair, please apply for wheelchair seats. Accompanying persons (up to one person) also need a ticket.
・We are unable to accommodate wheelchair users in the general reserved seats, so please refrain from applying for general reserved seats.
・Wheelchair seating can be applied for with one ticket even if you do not have a companion, but we ask that you bring your companion along with you to the venue. Please note that in the event of a disaster or emergency, staff assistance may be delayed.
・When applying for a wheelchair seat, general reserved seating will not be reserved.
・Please note that we cannot accept transfers from wheelchair seats to standard reserved seats or vice versa for customer convenience.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
・Please note that wheelchair seats do not guarantee a good view of the stage.
・With regard to parking lots and drop-off areas, unless otherwise provided by the venue rules or services, there are no parking lots or drop-off areas reserved for wheelchair users. If you are coming by car, please find a nearby paid parking lot on your own.
