The maximum number of tickets that can be applied for per performance is four, and up to two parents can apply.

Lottery privileges will be determined solely by the applicant's membership STATUS rank.
*Parent-child seats are not available for standing viewing. All viewing is seated (excluding Ishikawa and Asahikawa performances).
*Preschool children are not allowed to enter. Tickets are required for elementary school students and above.

    *Tickets will be exchanged on the day. When exchanging tickets, you will need to show a photo ID (such as a passport) showing the purchaser's nationality and address. If you are unable to show this, you may not be able to enter. Thank you for your understanding.
    *Tickets will not be eligible for listing in the Ticket Plaza trade that will be implemented separately.
    *People aged 6 and over require a ticket for admission.

There are two performances at the same venue. Can I apply for both days?

Is it possible to apply for multiple tickets?

「チケット受付スケジュール」に記載の各受付については、すべて異なる受付になりますので、それぞれで申込が可能です。同一会場、同一日程のお申し込みは可能ですが、同一公演が重複して当選することはございません。
しかしながら、ステイタスに応じたチケット抽選優遇や、受付対象はそれぞれの先行・受付で異なりますので、受付ページおよび特設ページのご案内を必ずご確認ください。

My companion is not a member, but can we still apply for tickets?

You can apply for both the first and second NF member lottery applications even if your accompanying person is a non-member.

Although the person accompanying you is a non-member, you will be asked for a SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID) when applying.

For the first and second NF member lottery applications, accompanying persons will also need SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID) (free of charge).
You can register for SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID) for free without paying NF member membership fee, so if you don't have one, please obtain one before applying.

If you purchase tickets through NF member first or second lottery reception, your accompanying person will also need to purchase tickets through the SAKANACTION official app and will need to log in with SAKANACTION ID (Plus member ID).

スマートフォンをお持ちでない小学生・中学生のお子様と保護者様を対象にした「親子受付」を実施しております。
ご希望の方は「親子受付」よりご応募ください。
1会場につき最大申込枚数4枚まで、保護者様は2名までお申込みいただけます。
大人1～2名・子ども1～3名、合計最大4名までお申込み可能です。
必ず大人1名・子ども1名が含まれていることが必要となります。大人のみ・子どものみでのお申込みはできません。

※本公演は未就学児は入場不可
※親子席は立席での観覧不可・着席での観覧となります。(石川、旭川公演を除く)
※応募者と同行者のご関係は親子に限ります。それ以外のご関係の場合、当日の身分証チェックの際にチケットの引換ができませんのでご了承ください。
※公演当日、入場列にお並びになる前に「電子チケット窓口」にお越しください。代表者・同行者全員のお名前・有効な身分証明書と購入者リストを確認のうえ、リストバンドをお渡しいたします。

What is "wheelchair seat reception"?

Applications will only be accepted from those who use a wheelchair.
If you are applying for multiple tickets, you can apply for a total of two tickets for each wheelchair user and their companion.
If you are interested, please apply at the "Wheelchair Seating Reception" desk.

[Wheelchair seat notes]
・Wheelchair seats are, in principle, limited to wheelchair users.
・If you wish to view the show in a wheelchair, please apply for wheelchair seats. Accompanying persons (up to one person) also need a ticket.
・We are unable to accommodate wheelchair users in the general reserved seats, so please refrain from applying for general reserved seats.
・Wheelchair seating can be applied for with one ticket even if you do not have a companion, but we ask that you bring your companion along with you to the venue. Please note that in the event of a disaster or emergency, staff assistance may be delayed.
・When applying for a wheelchair seat, general reserved seating will not be reserved.
・Please note that we cannot accept transfers from wheelchair seats to standard reserved seats or vice versa for customer convenience.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
・Please note that wheelchair seats do not guarantee a good view of the stage.
・With regard to parking lots and drop-off areas, unless otherwise provided by the venue rules or services, there are no parking lots or drop-off areas reserved for wheelchair users. If you are coming by car, please find a nearby paid parking lot on your own.

Does the membership STATUS of my companion affect my lottery benefits?

I'm almost going to rank up, but at what point will my status be when I draw the lottery?

The lottery will be held based on STATUS at the end of each advance booking period.
[Example 1] Your status is on MINAMO(水面) as of the start of registration, but will be upgraded to ASASE(浅瀬) on the closing date ⇒ The lottery will be held with STATUS as "ASASE(浅瀬)" as of the closing date.
[Example 2] The status is ASASE(浅瀬) on the closing date, and is ranked up to CHUSO(中層) the day after the closing date ⇒ The lottery will be held with STATUS as "ASASE(浅瀬)" on the closing date.

* STATUS based preferential treatment is only available for NF member in the first and second lottery applications.

If I have deep sea status, will I definitely win?

Those who have achieved SHINKAI(深海) STATUS will be given preferential treatment, but depending on the application situation on the day of the performance, even SHINKAI(深海) members may be rejected. Please note that we cannot guarantee that seats will be available.
When applying, we recommend that you do not only select your first choice, but also choose a different seat type as your second choice.

* STATUS based preferential treatment is only available for NF member in the first and second lottery applications.

Mizu surface has a low preferential ranking, but can't I hope to win?

Even if you are of MINAMO(水面) STATUS, the order of preference will change depending on the rank of the applicant or accompanying person.
For details such as the order of lottery preferential treatment, please refer to the information for each advance sale.
Please note that application status varies depending on the performance date and seat type, so you may not necessarily be selected or rejected.

* STATUS based preferential treatment is only available for NF member in the first and second lottery applications.

Applications can only be submitted using smartphones.
*You cannot apply from a PC or feature phone.
*Please make sure that the "phone number" entered at the time of application is the phone number of the smartphone device of the person who will be attending on the day of the performance.
*If you enter the wrong phone number or the phone number of someone who will not be attending, an error will occur during the ticket download process and you will not be able to download the ticket.
*We cannot accept phone number changes. Please be careful not to enter your phone number incorrectly when applying.

When applying at the "Parent and Child Reception" please fill in the following information.

  • ・If the accompanying person (first person) is a guardian
    Please enter the correct kanji name and mobile phone number registered as an e+ member.
  • ・If the first accompanying person is a child (elementary or junior high school student) who does not have a mobile phone
    Please enter "999999999999" for your kanji name and phone number.

  • *Mobile phone numbers are not required for the second and third companions.
  • *On the day of the performance, please come to the "electronic ticket counter" before lining up in the admission line. We will hand over the wristband after confirming the names and valid IDs of the representative and all accompanying persons as well as the purchaser list.
Notes

Please be sure to check before applying

  • Applications may be concentrated depending on the seat type and performance date. We recommend that you do not select only your first choice, but also select other seat types from your second choice onwards.
    If you do not choose a second choice and are unsuccessful, someone lower in the preference order may be selected for another performance.
    If the number of tickets sold for other performances exceeds the winning quota, you may also be disqualified.
  • Lottery preferences will be given according to STATUS preferences table.
    However, please note that if there are more applications than the limited number of tickets for each performance, your application may be rejected if any of the following apply.
    - Those who have obvious errors in the name or mobile phone number of the applicant or accompanying person
    ・Applicants and accompanying persons who applied with the same name and mobile phone number
    ・If there are duplicate applications due to accompanying persons applying

    Even if you apply as a companion, it will be counted as "one time". (Including cases where applications are made across reception desks)
    Please note that if there are duplicate applications, all applications will be rejected.

    <Example of being rejected>

    • 1. In this application, if the combination of "A (applicant)" and "B (applicant) + A (accompanying person)" applies twice for the same performance, both applications will be rejected.
    • 2.In this application, if the combinations of "A (applicant) + B (accompanying person)" and "B (applicant) + C (accompanying person)" apply for the same performance twice, all applications will be rejected. You will be rejected.
  • Membership confirmation may be conducted on the day of the performance. Please be careful not to cancel your membership if you are an NF member who applied through the membership primary/secondary lottery reception.
  • Entrance is not possible through any other method than the official purchase method.
  • It doesn't necessarily mean you'll win. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the lottery and winnings.
